All custom songs are covered by our 14-day refund window. If you’re not happy with your song for any reason, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds apply to all orders, including songs that have already been delivered or downloaded.

  • We first encourage revisions to make your song perfect, but if you prefer a refund, we will honor it.

  • Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.


3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us at madison@brightfront.net within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order details in the email.

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method, or another method as determined by our company.


4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available after full ownership rights have been transferred to the customer.

  • Refunds do not apply to cases where the song has already been commercially exploited (e.g., monetized, broadcast, or publicly distributed).

  • Add-on services, such as lyric videos, are non-refundable once delivered.
